Peel Wellness Retreat is dedicated to providing all its clients with a premier spa experience. To help us achieve this we ask that you observe the following etiquette:

Scheduled Appointments

To take full advantage of your spa experience we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Amenities (available from open to close only)

Relaxation knows no bounds at our spa, and we invite you to indulge in our amenities until the very last minute! Whether you crave a refreshing dip in the pool, a soothing soak in the soaker tub, or a tranquil session in the eucalyptus steam, our facilities are at your disposal until closing time. So why not extend your spa experience and savour every moment of tranquility? Come join us and make the most of our amenities before we close our doors for the day. Your relaxation journey awaits! (Clients booked at the very end of the day are encouraged to use the amenities before their treatment).

Cancellations

Should you require a cancellation or date change, we request a minimum 24-hour notice for a single service and 48-hour notice for any multiple service or package. The client is subject to a 50% cancellation fee if in breach of this requirement. Cancellations left after-hours on our messaging service will be received on the next business day.

Peel Wellness Retreat is committed to delivering a respectful service experience for our clients and employees. We have zero tolerance for inappropriate, suggestive and unprofessional conduct.

Gratuities

Please note that gratuities have not been included in any of our service pricing, Gift Cards or Spa Packages. 

Gift Certificates

If you are using a gift certificate to pay for your visit, it must be presented at the time of your service. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable. Peel Wellness Retreat is not responsible for lost of stolen cards. Cards should be treated as cash.
